Returns: Unused and undamaged products
- Return Period: Products for return should be sent within 30 calendar days of parcel postmark.
- Product is new and in its original packaging
- The product is in no way damaged
- The product delivered is wrong or the original order was incorrect
- Returned products which are not damaged and/or in original packaging will be fully refunded
- JGH Professional will bare return postal costs when:
- The product was sent in error
- The product is incomplete
- The product information in the online shop is incorrect

Should you wish to cancel your order
- In e-commerce, Swiss law does not provide for any withdrawal period or other right of return once the order has been placed. The seller can provide for such a clause, but has no obligation to do so. However, we like to be fair, so, we offer:
14 days cooling-off period
- A withdrawal of the purchase can be declared within 14 days.
- The time period start with the delivery of the parcel but the actual day of delivery does not count. e.g.: delivery on 01/01/2015 – end of cooling-off period 01/15/2015
- Any delivered products conform to our return policy (outlined above)
